All Cisco Webex meeting service versions
Note: Mac office 2011 for 365. The Webex Trace Grabber is limited to 100MB of log data captured. If additional meetings have been joined since the issue occurred it may not be captured in these logs.
It is recommended to submit a problem report in-meeting when the issue happens.

Instructions (How to capture logs)
  1. Double-click on wbxtraceget2.exe.

An MS-DOS window appears as the log files are gathered into a .RAR file.
